This production line is a fully automatic flow production line for soft bag infusion production, which includes automatic forming of packaging film, automatic filling with valve caps, and automatic welding into finished products. It meets the requirements of drug GMP production and has a speed of 7500 bags/hour. This automatic production line adopts a large number of servers, servo motors, and robotic arms for automatic transportation, PLC automatic control, automatic film forming, automatic conveying, automatic positioning and filling, automatic valve capping, and automatic welding. It is currently a large-scale, high-precision and advanced pharmaceutical automatic equipment with optoelectronic integration.


In addition to the four main applications mentioned above, there are also automatic pill making machines, extraction and concentration production lines, and various large-scale drug inspection equipment, all of which use automation software, robotic arms, servo motor control, automatic transportation, and automatic control to complete various high-precision, high-quality, or dangerous production processes and inspection requirements. Its design principle, operation process, and precision requirements have exceeded those of ordinary robots.
